The Figma community is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
Respect Others
Figma prioritizes marginalized people’s safety over privileged people’s comfort.
Be Honest and Transparent
As a member of the Figma Community, we ask that you do not participate anonymously or with a pseudonym. A note forthis discord, usernames / aliases are allowed, however offensive names are not. A mod may ask you to use a nickname instead. This is a community for everyone, be kind.
No Confidential Information
Do not share confidential information – it is not an appropriate forum for sharing confidential information of your company (or yourself).
Not a Marketing Channel
We encourage active participation from all segments of our population including partners, but please do not use the Figma Community for blatant promotion of products or services.
Reporting
If you are being harassed by a member of the Figma community, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact us [email protected]*. If the person who is harassing you is on the team, they will recuse themselves from handling your incident. We will respond as promptly as we can. You can also message @alex! at any time.
No Discord Links
At this time links to other Discord servers are not allowed unless a Mod has said otherwise. We do our best to vet other communities to make sure they’re relevant to Figma, design, and are safe for Figmates to join.
